POP goes the...

BELLY BUTTON!!

it's official... i now have an outie.

we noticed that my belly button had "popped" during our maternity photo shoot yesterday. it's just one more thing to make me feel like Blaklely is almost here!!

after the shoot, we went to dinner at Spaghetti Warehouse downtown. since Ryan was well behaved during dinner, i let him play "guns" afterward :) 

 

 

we also drove past the margaret hunt hill bridge since they were having the grand opening celebration. apparently this is Dallas' newest icon, and i guess it should be since is cost $182 million dollars!

for a bridge.

it's a bridge, people! seriously? 

whatever... here's what all the fuss is about. you decide.

when i got to work this morning, i had a little surprise on my desk:

isn't that sweet? one of my residents made it for me. so nice!

i also received a few other gifts this week, like this little burp cloth my friend made for me/Blakely:

some people are so crafty!

and my rocking chair from dad and Nanny:

it's just perfect for her room! we needed something small for her tiny baby room, and we just love it. i also think it looks pretty cute with her valance. now i just need to hang some curtains...
