2 Months!

I can't believe our little one is 2 months old! She has changed so much, and  it has been amazing to get to watch her learn and discover this big world.

We had her 2 month appointment today and she did great!

She had to get 3 shots and 1 oral vaccine. Although she screamed during the shots, once I held her and nursed her she was back to her old self. She slept the whole way home and for about 3 hours afterward. She woke up fussy, but after a bath and a massage she was fast asleep again. Such a trooper!

Weight: 12 lbs. 6 oz.- 83%

Height: 23.5 in.- 85%

Head: 38.5 cm.- 39%

Our little oinker sure is a growin'!

In her short two months she can now:

Smile. BIG FAT SQUISHY SWEET AMAZING SMILES!

Sleep. About 6-7 hours in a row and then every 3 after that.

Laugh. Well, giggle. It shocked the pants off me. She has giggled out loud 3 times now for us, and it's the sweetest sound in the world!

Stand. Okay, not technically. But she can bare weight on her legs and she loves to push off of my lap and tummy so she can stay upright. She is one strong little booger.

Talk. Again, not technically. However, she coos, babbles, and grunts all the time. I LOVE hearing her precious little baby voice.

Sit. Well, assisted. I can sit her in her Bumbo and she loves looking around. Although she gets a little bobble headed after a few minutes, she loves sitting all by herself.

Blow Bubbles. Lots and lots of bubbles!

Also, in her short two months she has:

Grown. Goodbye newborn diapers, Hello size 1. And although there are a few newborn clothes I can still squeeze her in, 0-3 fits almost perfectly and this means we don't have much longer in them, tear...

Discovered. The wonder of television (thanks, Ryan), her fist (which she loves to suck on during tummy time), and objects/toys/the cats that she now tracks with her eyes.

Socialized. She has met most of my family and all of Ryan's, and has even had several play dates. Her and Holli are quickly becoming BFF's.

I am so incredibly thankful for my healthy baby girl.
