a simple spring wreath and one tasty recipe

last weekend, i found this wreath at hobby lobby for $2.99 and i couldn't pass it up:

and with a little bit of raffia, a few plastic butterflies, and a couple of clippings from my garden, i turned that plain ole' wreath into a cute little spring welcome for our front door:

it is broccoli and cauliflower salad...

and it is addictive!

i actually ate this entire jar for lunch.

here's how she makes it in 3 easy steps:

1. cut the florets off of a head of both broccoli and cauliflower and add to a bowl
2. add ranch dressing to taste
3. mix in bacon bits, morton seasoning and parmesan cheese to your liking, and enjoy!!

seriously, this stuff it so good!
