Britt and Holli came over so we could finish making the girls' costumes and dress them up and take them to the pumpkin patch. Well, right as we got there and paid, a cold front blew in and nearly froze us all to death. Needless to say, we headed back home.
But before we left, we managed to get a few pics of the girls in their costumes:
Once we got home, Holli was standing up and dancing to a singing, stuffed toy. When she leaned over to reach for it, her foot followed and she took a step! She stood there for a minute and we started screaming and cheering, before she dropped to her bottom. It was so exciting! I'm so glad I was there to witness it!!
As if that wasn't enough excitment for one day, later that night I went to check on Miss Priss in her crib and found her chewing on her paci. Hard. When I reached in her mouth, she clamped down on my finger and I felt a sharp sting. She had cut her first tooth! On the same day as Holli took her first step!
Oh, what a day!
